MOTION TO DISMISS An Arkansas Bred Filly by Closing Argument
Closing Argument, who is best known for his second place finish in the Kentucky Derby,
is by the successful sire Successful Appeal. Closing Argument’s first foals started racing in 2009
and he is quickly proving that he will also be an excellent sire, as his first crop is winning at a very high percentage,
and includes our own Southern Review. This filly is out of the mare Wings of the Night by Dispersal.
She was unplaced in her only start, but has produced three winners, two of which won at the age of two, including the
stakes winner Kipper’s Night, who won the Mockingbird Stakes at Gulfstream Park and placed second or third in numerous
other stakes races. She will be trained by Joshua Signs and race on the Kentucky circuit. She is expected
to start racing in the fall of 2010. Partnership opportunities are based on a price of $63,200. Buy one percent (1%) for $632 Price includes all maintenance costs through the end of the current quarter. Please note that prices increase quarterly to reflect the additional
costs incurred for the previous quarter. * - Note that this horse is in our Owner Alliance Program
